stripper shoes.

Happy New Year!

Bleach Black made a post about YSL tribute knockoffs on Snaz75.com. The website specializes in "affordable sexy shoes" and also sells lingerie - in other words, stripper wear! I love sky high platform stilletto pumps and this site carries a good assortment of them. They also carry a ton of really trashy looking costume shoes, so you kind of have too search around for the goodies, but that's part of the fun. I like how the shoes are grouped by heel height, haha.

Look at that arch! These remind me of Barbie feet.

These shoes are trying to be like the Chanel handgun shoes, but it doesn't really work.

Brass knuckle heels just for lolz.

And another knockoff of some designer heel but I can't remember who made them originally.

I've been wanting to try incorporating some stripper gear into my wardrobe without actually looking stripperish. I think these dresses would be really fun to layer.

This site also has a really good assortment of tights. These are classy and super cheap.

I want!

#1!!!!

Hello! I have a blog! I chose the name it Little Red Corvette after my favorite Prince song. I have a slight Prince obsession at the moment, I know that sounds like a joke but it's really true. A couple nights ago Purple Rain the movie was on at a party and it was amazing. It is going to be the inspiration for my collection for my school's fashion show this spring. Stoked!

In other news, I was planning to visit Lipstick Prophets (the company that I interned for last summer) just to touch base and drop off some vegan truffles as a holiday gift. It turns out that they are not operating at their awesome office on Spring St. in the Fashion District anymore. I learned so much about the industry and had a ton of fun working for them and I hope the best for them in these shitty economic times. Here are a few of my favorite goods from the Lipstick Prophets Line.

Lucia Leggings. Kind of like the ones LiLo made with kneepads and stitching detail down the back.

Fave Striped Tee. I have two - one in white and one in blue. I love the distressed striped design.

They also have a long sleeve version.

Safety Pin burnout tee. They make the softest tees and really good quality burnouts.

Nicole and I did some pretty hefty shopping in old town Pasadena this weekend. I'll post pics when I get a tripod!

loooorve,
